We are looking for a Process Excellence Consultant to join our global team and support enterprise transformation initiatives through process design, standardization, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to model, analyze, and optimize processes using advanced enterprise architecture and process management tools .

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and optimize process modeling solutions to support process mapping, analysis, and governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into standardized workflows and process documentation.
Manage and maintain enterprise process management environments, ensuring data consistency, accessibility, and publication of models.
Support integration with business systems and repositories to enable transparency and traceability.
Provide technical guidance, documentation, and user training to ensure adoption and best practices.
Contribute to process excellence frameworks, KPIs, and governance standards to drive organizational efficiency.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in process modeling, business transformation, or enterprise architecture.
Strong understanding of BPMN, process governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Hands-on experience with enterprise modeling tools (e.g., business process design or architecture management platforms).
Ability to translate business requirements into structured models and improvement initiatives.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
