Hiring: Process Engineer – Biotech/Pharma (Manufacturing & Packaging Support)

We are looking for a hands-on Process Engineer to support manufacturing and packaging operations at a large biotech facility. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment while supporting global pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide process engineering support across manufacturing & packaging

• Troubleshoot real-time production and equipment issues with operators

• Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPAs

• Support validation, process monitoring, and change control activities

• Drive process improvements in quality, throughput, and reliability

• Support line trials, startup, and new product introduction

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in pharma/biotech/animal health industries

• Strong troubleshooting experience in live production environments

• Experience with deviations, RCA, and process improvements

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing & packaging operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Preferred:

• Experience with OTC powders & Oral Solid Dose (OSD)

• Exposure to validation lifecycle, Lean, FMEA, TPM

• Familiarity with SAP, MES, or Power BI
