Job Title: Mid-Level Process Development Engineer
Location: Minnesota (Onsite)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Process Development Engineer to support our Watchman manufacturing operations. This role will focus on developing, improving, and validating automated manufacturing and inspection processes to drive efficiency and quality in production.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage equipment, processes, and inspections across development builds and production phases.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support Human Visual Inspection (HVI) reduction and enhance automation and validation processes.
Lead process development and key deliverables through Design Verification (DV) , Process Validation (PV) , and commercial launch phases.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Design Assurance to develop product concepts and provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) input.
Support new product development activities, equipment qualification, and inspection readiness for commercialization.
Qualifications & Experience
6–10 years of relevant experience in Process Development, Manufacturing, or Product Development Engineering .
Hands-on experience with automated inspection and assembly equipment .
Proven ability in problem solving , root cause analysis , and process optimization .
Strong understanding of Process Verification and Validation (PVV) , including TMVs , OQs , PQs , and Gage R&R .
Experience developing and qualifying new equipment and inspection systems for production.
Exposure to Nitinol manufacturing , visual , and laser processes is a strong plus.
Demonstrated success delivering PDP and PVV documentation such as PCRs , PRAs , and related deliverables.
