Key Responsibilities

Process Documentation & Analysis

• Document As-Is

  processes using standardised BPM methods (BPMN).

• Assist with designing To-Be

  processes aligned to operational and digital goals.

• Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and control gaps across end-to-end processes.

• Perform process walkthroughs with business and operational teams.

Operational Insights & Reporting

• Analyse operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the development of process performance dashboards and reports (KPIs, SLA metrics).
• Track and document process deviations and exceptions.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure processes comply with banking regulations, internal controls, and risk frameworks.
• Support audit and compliance requests by providing process artefacts.
• Maintain process libraries and ensure version control.

Project & Change Support

• Support process improvement initiatives, lean activities, and standardisation efforts.
• Assist in testing process changes, including UAT for system or workflow modifications.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Process Engineers, and product owners to ensure alignment.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with process mapping tools

  (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, ARIS).

• Strong documentation and report-writing skills.

• Understanding of operational processes in banking (onboarding, payments, lending, service).

• Understanding of SDLC

  and how process changes impact technology.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Good communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to Lean

  , Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks.

• Basic understanding of automation (RPA, workflow tools).

• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard tools.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related.
• 1–3 years of experience in a process role within a bank or similar regulated environment.

• Eager to learn process engineering and automation concepts.
