Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on Principal Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python, Javascript, React, Typescript, with a strong background in system-level work, and experience in building generative AI applicationsAs a Principal Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions that drive our RAG services, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and top-tier performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software applications using Python and JavaScript/React.
- Drive system-level architecture, implementing features and enhancements to support high-performance, scalable RAG services.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to define technical vision, architectural direction, and long-term platform strategy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex issues, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across the system.
- Own and influence critical architecture and design decisions, establishing best practices and patterns for the engineering organization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of professional software development experience with a strong record of technical leadership.
- Expertise across the modern engineering stack, including Python, JavaScript/React, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of system-level programming, distributed architectures, and scalable platform design.
- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, mission-critical systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent cross-team communication skills.
- Experience building and deploying generative AI applications and familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
- Contributions to open-source projects or active engagement in the technical community.
