We are looking for an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex IT transformation initiatives with significant business impact.
You are a project management expert with strong grounding in methodologies, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to lead diverse global teams. You thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment and can communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience, leading large-scale IT-enabled transformation programs
- Proven track record in delivering business-impacting initiatives (beyond technical delivery)
- Strong experience managing senior stakeholders, including negotiation and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated leadership of global, diverse, and matrixed teams
- Strong risk management and governance experience
- Solid commercial and financial acumen
Methodologies & Tools
- Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches
- Deep understanding of SDLC and large transformation or migration programs
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
- Familiarity with AI-enabled project management tools is highly desirable
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification (preferred)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

As a Principal Project Manager, having AI-enabled project management and delivery optimization is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Leadership of large-scale global programs and Executive stakeholder management & influence will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of AI-enabled project management. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
