Highly motivated Principal Process Architect to join a fast-paced and evolving R&D environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring process integrity and managing interactions across complex process modules within cutting-edge product development projects.

You will play a critical role in defining and delivering robust process strategies that support challenging technical objectives, ensuring product performance, reliability, and scalability for next-generation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver robust process development activities across multiple modules
• Manage interactions between individual process steps to ensure overall process integrity
• Take ownership of process performance within assigned project areas
• Introduce new processes based on strong data analysis and risk assessment
• Maintain effective change control in a dynamic R&D environment
• Develop and implement process strategies aligned with the business technical roadmap
• Lead structured problem-solving across cross-functional process areas

Essential Requirements

• Degree in a relevant physical science or engineering discipline
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in semiconductor processing (Si, SiGe, MEMS; III-V/InP preferred)
• Hands-on experience with wafer fabrication processes, including:
• Photolithography
