The Advanced Technology Group is looking for a highly motivated Principal Physical Design Engineer to join our group. Do you have a proven EE background with an in-depth understanding of physical design, place and route, timing analysis, power analysis, IR drop analysis, process nodes and experience of flow development and chip implementation all the way to GDS tapeout? Have you been an architect/team lead and subject matter expert? If yes, then we’d love to hear from you! The job also requires innovative idea, strong programming skills and hands-on work to make advanced process node work for NVIDIA’s need. This role will be located at our company headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 232,000 USD - 368,000 USD.
