Lead engineering design of scalable distributed systems solving ambiguity, driving clarity and taking ownership.

Mentor engineers to solve and deliver complex scalability, performance, and multi-tenancy challenges.

Drive technical excellence: distributed systems best practices, API-first design , CI/CD for high deployment velocity to ensure reliability.

Work with different stakeholders across engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer success to learn customer and market demand, incorporate and innovate on the needs, and educate and enable teams to drive alignment and clarity.

What You'll Need:

7 + years software engineering experience in large-scale distributed systems.
Expertise in defining clean interfaces that can be built up on.
Experience working with message buses (Kafka preferred), queues, databases, and multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
Proficiency in Go (preferred), Java, or Python.
Skills in cloud-native tech: Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless functions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
BS/MS in CS or related

Proven ability in deep performance analysis, tuning, and optimization for high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
Familiarity or experience with building GenAI agentic reasoning engines that leverage memory, skills, and tools for complex task completion.
