Responsibilities:

• Lead technical consulting on the client side throughout the entire sales process to meet complex customer requirements with our SaaS solution.
• Analyze clients' technical infrastructure and develop tailored solution concepts in collaboration with our product team.
• Prepare presentations of use cases and independently create mock-ups and prototypes for technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Conduct technical customer workshops and discovery sessions for a tangible and comprehensible product experience.
• Collaborate closely with our account executives, participate in customer meetings and events, and maintain continuous communication with the product team to better adapt software solutions to customer needs.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the SaaS consulting industry, ideally focused on automotive, mechanical engineering, defense, or aerospace sectors.
• Solid experience in technical presales or technical project consulting.
• Customer-oriented with confidence in technical presentations and workshops, able to explain complex issues in understandable terms.
• Completed studies in a relevant field related to mechanical engineering or software development, or a comparable education with relevant further training.
• Fluent in German with strong professional communication skills.
