Lust auf Start-up, Logistik und Prozessanalysen? Dann komm zu den MotionMiners. Wir sind ein junges Start-up und Spin-Off des Fraunhofer-Instituts für Materialfluss und Logistik IML aus Dortmund. In einem Team von über 60 Mitarbeiter*innen entwickeln wir die Motion-Mining®-Technologie zur automatischen Aufnahme und anschließenden Analyse von manuellen Arbeitsprozessen. Mittels Sensoren (Wearables) und KI können wir so die Ergonomie und Effizienz von Prozessen, bspw. in der Produktion, Logistik oder in Krankenhäusern, erkennen und verbessern.
