El propósito de este rol es apoyar la estandarización y mejora de los procesos del área de Customer Success mediante el levantamiento documental, la generación de procedimientos internos y la estructuración de información de reclamos e incidentes, en base a los lineamientos de ISO 9001, con foco en la gestión preventiva y la mejora continua del servicio.
Algunas Tareas Son
Formación Ing. Comercial, Control de Gestión, Civil o similares.
Requisitos Disponibilidad para jornadas hibridas con flexibilidad.
Conocimientos básicos o interés en gestión de calidad (ISO 9001)
Conocimiento Básico/Intermedio Office
