• Lead ramp-up/change projects for new products, materials, equipment and production lines, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Update production specifications, flow charts, control plans, work instructions and process FMEA; coordinate PPAP customer releases and handover to mass production.
• Drive product/process optimization (e.g. raw material replacement), resolve quality issues and improve process efficiency via CBS lean methods.
• Collaborate with HR to train and qualify operators, monitor industrialization KPIs and report performance.
• Implement central standards locally and provide feedback for standard optimization. Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. 2. 3+ years of experience in product/process industrialization in automotive, rubber & plastics or manufacturing industry.
• Expert knowledge of rubber/plastics processing, production equipment and IATF16949 core tools (FMEA, PPAP, Control Plan).
• Advanced English proficiency (fluent in written & spoken) for global team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving, project management and cross-functional teamwork skills; experience with lean manufacturing/CBS is a plus.
