As a PS EPC Sales Manager, you will drive strategic sales across Korea’s power systems and offshore EPC markets. You’ll engage with key shipbuilders and energy clients, offering Schneider Electric’s full portfolio—from switchgear and transformers and digital/sustainable solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of energy infrastructure through high-impact, solution-based selling. You will position the company for long-term success and establish it as a leader in the industry
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the strategic account management function, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and shipbuilders
Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with offshore market trends
Lead sales activities across the full EPC project lifecycle: concept design, FEED, pre-FEED, bidding, and execution
Promote and sell Schneider Electric’s full portfolio, including Power Systems, digital solutions, and sustainability offerings
Represent Schneider Electric in the offshore market, staying informed on industry trends and customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to deliver tailored solutions across EPC projects
Minimum 10 years of total professional experience, including 3-4 years in sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
Proven experience in the EPC lifecycle (concept design, FEED, Pre-FEED, bidding, execution and service)
Strong technical background in Power Systems: switchgear, medium/low voltage switch gears, transformers
Solid understanding of offshore market dynamics and customer expectations
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Business-level proficiency in English
Location: Busan (Seoul-based candidates considered with frequent travel to Busan and surrounding areas)
