Role Overview

As a Power Platform Developer, you will join a dynamic, cross-functional team based in Poland, delivering consulting services to leading organizations across the EMEIA region and globally.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while continuing your professional growth within a supportive environment. You will be involved in building and enhancing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, and other modern technologies, working closely with major players in the financial sector.

We are looking for individuals who combine strong technical expertise with a consulting mindset. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and eager to take on new challenges, with a continuous learning attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. A positive approach and openness to expanding your skillset are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement automation solutions to enhance and transform business processes
Develop applications using Power Apps and build intelligent agents with Copilot Studio
Maintain and support existing applications and automation solutions
Collaborate with clients to define requirements and provide recommendations on solution design and implementation
Participate in the full development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including successful deployments
Experience with Copilot Studio and building intelligent agents
Proven track record in process optimization and automation initiatives
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Familiarity with at least one additional programming language or technology

Nice to have:

Experience with .NET framework (C#)
Frontend development skills (React or Angular)
Knowledge of relational databases
Experience with Python
