Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Post-Silicon Validation Engineer
to lead validation activities for complex SoC platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in post-silicon debug, validation methodologies, and system-level bring-up, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Own and execute
post-silicon SoC validation
, including test planning, test development, bring-up, and debug.
Validate functionality and performance of
IO interfaces
such as
I2C/I3C, UART, GPIO, SPI
.
Develop and enhance validation scripts and automation using
Perl, Ruby, Python
, or similar scripting languages.
Drive complex debug efforts using industry-standard techniques, methodologies, and structured problem-solving.
Work hands-on with lab equipment—
oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, signal generators
, and other diagnostic tools—for detailed hardware-level analysis.
Collaborate with design, architecture, firmware, and software teams to resolve silicon issues and ensure high-quality product release.
Analyze large datasets quickly to identify failures, patterns, and root causes.
Deliver clear and concise technical reports, documentation, and updates for internal teams and customers.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes.
Minimum 10 years
of experience in
post-silicon SoC validation
or related areas.
Strong understanding of
IO protocols
: I2C/I3C, UART, GPIO, SPI.
Proven expertise in
scripting languages
(Perl, Ruby, Python) for automation and debug.
Extensive hands-on experience with
debug methodologies
, silicon bring-up, and issue isolation.
Proficiency working with
engineering lab equipment
including oscilloscopes, analyzers, generators, etc.
Solid understanding of
PC architectures and system-level technologies
.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
, including customer-facing interactions.
High level of
attention to detail
and ability to derive insights from complex datasets quickly.
A proactive
