Bidbus is a private-seller automotive marketplace connecting everyday vehicle owners with licensed dealers through a controlled auction process. Once bidding ends, the real work begins. This role sits squarely in that post-auction window where deals are either finalized or fall apart. Your job is to make sure they close.
Role Overview:
The Post-Sale Coordinator is responsible for helping convert winning bids into completed vehicle transactions. You’ll assist with appraisals, manage post-sale negotiations, and work directly with both private sellers and dealers to resolve last-mile issues and lock deals.
This role is ideal for someone with wholesale or dealership experience who understands vehicle values, market conditions, and how deals actually get done.
