👩🏽‍🚀 About the Role

This isn’t a typical “business intern” gig.

It’s a founder apprenticeship .

You’ll work directly with Hari Subramanian (ex-Uber, Amazon) and Aravind Ranganathan (ex-Uber, Microsoft, PhD) — shadowing how they research markets, form hypotheses, and close deals.

You’ll help build the GTM muscle that takes a category-defining startup from 0 → 1.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Research and profile D2C, retail, and fintech brands using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Identify customer pain points and shape BD hypotheses
• Craft and test outbound messages to founders, CMOs & retention leaders
• Join live founder sales calls and extract customer insights
• Help refine ICPs, messaging, and playbooks that power Niti’s growth

• Final-year student or recent grad (any discipline)
• Dream of being a founder one day — hungry to learn how it’s done
• Sharp researcher and communicator
• Curious about startups, AI, and business strategy
• Comfortable with ambiguity, bias to action, and storytelling with data
