The Role:
We’re looking for a talented, sharp, and highly organized Junior PMO to work closely with our Head of Projects. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for operational management of our project portfolio, close tracking of task execution, and supporting day-to-day portfolio management. This position requires the ability to “hold all the threads” in a dynamic and advanced environment.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to be at the center of action, serve as the right hand to the Head of Projects, and manage end-to-end the tasks and processes that enable organizational projects to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Task Management & Control:
∙ Centralize and closely track tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and raising red flags in real-time
∙ Work with project management tools (such as Jira/Monday) to maintain an up-to-date view of Gantt charts and action items
Hands-On Project Tracking & Control:
∙ Manage and document project progress
∙ Identify bottlenecks in development and production processes and escalate them to the department head
Cross-Functional Technical Coordination:
∙ Work with development/product teams
∙ Understand work processes (Waterfall/Agile) and translate technical statuses into management-level situational awareness
Executive Support:
∙ Provide ongoing support in portfolio management
∙ Track cross-organizational tasks and ensure management decisions translate into field execution
Requirements:
Education:
∙ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management / Mechanical Engineering / Systems Engineering or other relevant field - Required
Technical Affinity:
∙ High technical aptitude with ability to learn independently and quickly
∙ Basic understanding of product development processes (R&D), assemblies, hardware, and integrated systems - Major advantage
Skills:
∙ Exceptional organizational abilities - capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without dropping anything
∙ Ability to drive action without formal authority - can “push” tasks forward with technical stakeholders while understanding the complexity of their work
∙ Excellent English (working in global/technological environment)
