We’re looking for a DevOps engineer who loves building and scaling the backbone of engineering - designing smart CI/CD pipelines, automating everything, and managing modern, cloud-native infrastructure. You’ll own the full DevOps lifecycle, with a focus on reliability, observability, and security, empowering developers to move fast with confidence.

How will your day-to-day look?

• Work closely with R&D teams to understand their needs and translate them into reliable, scalable DevOps solutions.
• Take full ownership of designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and cloud infrastructure.
• Continuously learn new technologies, evaluate them for adoption, and integrate them into existing workflows.
• Educate and enable the team by sharing best practices, running workshops, and documenting tooling and processes.
• Ensure all platforms are secure, observable, and seamlessly integrated into the development lifecycle.
• Drive standardization and automation across environments to improve developer experience, reliability, and velocity.

What will you need to have?

• Proven experience building, maintaining, and scaling CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS).
• Hands-on experience with developer platforms such as Git, ArgoCD, Octopus, or Artifactory.
• Solid understanding of observability, monitoring, and security best practices in production systems.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently, and translate them into practical solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for educating and enabling others.
• A mindset for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement to enhance developer experience.
