Platform Engineer
at Mize, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring smooth deployment and operation of our software systems. with Azure
, we want to hear from you. As part of the role you will have the opportunity to
- Architect, build, and automate scalable Azure cloud infrastructure across compute, networking, storage, security, and identity components
- Take ownership of core platform domains across the company, including Cloud Infrastructure, SecOps, Observability, DataOps, and FinOps
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Platform Engineer
- Proven hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure
- Understanding of Azure App Services including its networking, management, and multi-instance architecture
- Good understanding of networking concepts and cloud architecture principles
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex production infrastructure issues
- Solid understanding of Linux systems
Advantage:
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and web-based communication patterns
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell
- Experience working with SQL Server, especially Azure SQL
- Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Explorer (ADX), Azure Functions, and Storage
