What you bring to the table Must-haves:

• Strong software engineering skills ( Python, TypeScript, or similar), with experience building and maintaining production systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic or LLM application frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, or similar), including practical use of agentic concepts such as tool use, memory, orchestration, or task planning in real prototypes or internal tools.
• Practical cloud experience, ideally with GCP (Compute, IAM, networking, storage) with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar).
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD workflows, automation, and Git-based development practices.
• A pragmatic, impact-driven mindset: you focus on delivering value fast and iterating with feedback.

Nice-to-haves:

• Understanding of observability fundamentals (metrics, logs, traces).
• Experience working in healthcare or other regulated domains.
