Benefits can include Paid-Time-Off, Paid Holidays, 401K matching, Life and Accidental Death Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability Insurance, and a variety of other perks. - Use plant monitoring software to review cycle times of machinery, review and follow up machinery project's and installations Troubleshoot PLC, robot, and other machinery problems - Update program backups for machinery - Program new installations of machinery and conveyor systems - Reprogram machinery for engineering changes and improvements - Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls - Siemens and/or Indramat PL7 - Electrical Background (electrician or technician) - Related experience o Siemens and Indramat servo and VFD drives o Familiarity with VFD’s, Armor starts, encoders, network/Ethernet controls - 2+ years of related controls and debug experience. - Ability to independently troubleshoot equipment and continuously evaluate equipment for improvement for quality and delivery - ABB robot experience o Microsoft office including excel, powerpoint, word, etc. - Ability to read prints, AutoCAD, interpret and modify electrical schematics o Ability to read blueprints - Bachelor's degree in engineering Our success as a company is built on practicing inclusion and embracing diversity.
