A Day In The Life The Plant Accounting Manager role will support the local plant manager and their team ensuring data integrity, a strong control environment, operational analysis, and data-based decision support. Primary responsibilities include assisting with inventory and receiving/shipping controls, analysis of production shrinks, reporting of key performance indicators (KPI's), providing accounting inputs for month end close to the accounting hubs, Loss over NOL analysis, and supporting other local plant administrative and accounting processes. In addition to supporting the local management team, this position will have an integral communications role with various corporate support functions along with support of stand-alone Crusher/Refiner where applicable. The position will report to the local plant manager.
