Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore for a Phlebotomist. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for performing blood collection, handling samples with accuracy, and ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Duties include working alongside healthcare professionals to support the delivery of diagnostic services, adhering to medical and laboratory protocols, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The role also involves interacting with patients professionally and ensuring their comfort during procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Blood Collection techniques, including venipuncture and capillary collection
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and key practices in Medicine
- Experience with Laboratory Skills and Medical Assisting tasks
- Ability to adhere to safety regulations and standards in a medical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure excellent patient care
- Relevant certification or diploma in phlebotomy, medical technology, or a related healthcare field
- Previous experience in a clinical or laboratory environment is advantageous
