D’accompagner et former nos clients à l’utilisation de nos outils et mettre en avant toute la valeur qu’ils peuvent tirer de nos solutions ;
De collaborer main dans la main avec nos équipes techniques afin de s’assurer que les outils et méthodes développés pour chaque projet répondent aux besoins client et soient livrés à temps ;
D’analyser les mesures agronomiques produites dans le cadre des projets afin de produire des livrables analytiques qui répondent aux différentes problématiques et hypothèses de travail ;
Être force de proposition pour nous aider à continuellement faire progresser nos outils dans un soucis d’efficacité de traitement de données et de pertinence « métier » pour nos clients.- Vous possédez un doctorat ou un Master en agronomie, biologie, science des données, ou domaine connexe ;
Vous êtes autonome et rigoureux, et souhaitez monter en compétences sur de nouvelles méthodes ;
Vous avez d’excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et êtes à l’aise pour prendre le devant de la scène et entretenir une relation de confiance avec les clients ;
Vous parlez anglais couramment et avez une très bonne capacité rédactionnelle ;
Vous savez faire parler des données grâce aux outils statistiques et votre maîtrise de R ou Python, ainsi que des assistants d’IA tel que Claude ou ChatGPT ;
Vous êtes organisé. Vous savez établir et gérer un planning et faire le reporting nécessaire pour permettre une bonne gestion des priorités, des délais et des exigences des clients.1.
