The Role

We're looking for a highly organised Personal Assistant to the CTO (m/f/d) who can navigate the complexities of a dynamic defence tech company. As the right hand to our CTO, you’ll take ownership of a diverse range of responsibilities from coordinating seamless travel itineraries and managing day-to-day priorities, to ensuring clear communication across key stakeholders.

This is a hands-on opportunity designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow. As part of the Executive Office, you will report to the Head of Executive Office & Internal Communication while having close functional exposure to the CTO.

High degree of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication skills in English and German are must
