Location This position is on-site in New Haven, CT. Availability for on-call cases including nights, weekends, and short-notice acceptances is required.
Job Type: This is a full-time, on-call position with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week. Cases may arise with short notice, requiring rapid response. Variable case duration depending on organ type and study protocol.

The Pay Range For This Role Is 65,000 - 90,000 USD per year(New Haven, CT)
Train to perform ex vivo perfusions of human lungs, livers, and kidneys
Assist with surgical benching and dissection to deepen understanding of human anatomy
Operate clinical-grade perfusion circuits and monitoring systems
Collect, process, and log biological samples (e.g. blood, biopsies, urine, bile)
Participate in translational research by evaluating new therapeutics in human models
Maintain equipment and manage laboratory supply inventory
Document procedures and results with precision in both paper and digital formats
Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant lab environment
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule:
Team members participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure continuous support for 24/7 operations.
This includes taking regular weekday and weekend on-call shifts.
In addition to these responsibilities, all team members contribute to shared duties such as laboratory maintenance and sample stabilization to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
