• Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn (and others as needed)
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end (strategy → execution → reporting)
• Own landing pages, funnels, and conversion rate optimization
• Lead SEO strategy (technical, on-page, and content direction)
• Analyze performance data and continuously iterate on creatives, copy, and targeting
• Work with product to align acquisition with activation and monetization
• Manage budgets, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods
• Coordinate freelancers or agencies when needed (content, SEO, creatives)
• Build clear dashboards and reporting for leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6+ years experience in performance or growth marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Proven track record managing paid budgets with measurable results
• Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and experimentation
• Experience owning or leading SEO growth (not just content writing)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Hands-on executor — comfortable setting up campaigns yourself
• Startup mentality: fast, ownership-driven, and resourceful
• Bonus: experience with AI tools, product-led growth, or creator platforms
