to join our team for a

This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in
Human Resources, People Operations, and general administrative and logistical support
within a fast-growing startup.
You will support the day-to-day people activities and contribute to ensuring smooth internal operations, while learning how People departments work in a dynamic biotech environment.

Your responsibilities
People & HR Support
Support the recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Provide support in administrative HR tasks (contracts, documentation, employee records, benefits support).
Help respond to employee inquiries related to People policies and internal procedures.
Administrative & Operational Support
Support general administrative and logistical tasks across the company.
Assist with office management and coordination of internal logistics.
Help organize internal meetings, events, trainings, and team activities.
Support the improvement and documentation of internal People and operations processes.
What we are looking for
Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
Interest in People and organizational topics.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English.
