Own core HR processes including onboarding/offboarding, hiring, employee documentation, personnel records and performance management.

Reliability, discretion, and professionalism when working with confidential information.
Hands-on mentality with the willingness to take ownership and solve practical problems quickly.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with many different teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in English and German for everyday professional use
Comfortable working with digital tools, workflow systems, and basic IT interactions.
