Your Background
2+ years of experience in HR, accounting, office management, operations, or similar functions. Preferably in a fast-moving startup or tech environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple topics in parallel.
Reliability, discretion, and professionalism when working with confidential information.
Hands-on mentality with the willingness to take ownership and solve practical problems quickly.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with many different teams and stakeholders.
Comfortable working with digital tools, workflow systems, and basic IT interactions.
