Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila for a CAM QC Engineer. The CAM QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of PCB designs, performing comprehensive quality checks, and collaborating with the design and production teams to validate specifications. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining design accuracy, and adhering to standards during the fabrication process, as well as supporting continuous improvements in quality assurance workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in CAM software and quality control tools
- Experience with PCB design, verification processes, and fabrication standards
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to detect design inconsistencies
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing, ATE hardware, or related industries is advantageous
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
- Knowledge of international quality standards and best practices
