Who you are - Proven experience managing successful Payroll system implementation projects, preferably alongside an HR/WFM platform integration within a bureau/outsourced environment - Start up mentality, drive to help build a solid payroll service while disrupting traditional offerings and processes - Working knowledge and understanding of processing UK payrolls, end to end - Deep understanding of UK payroll legislation is essential.
