Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Patient Educator to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with patients, providing accurate information about services and processes, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and supportive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Educate patients about the company’s services, testing processes, and required procedures.
- Follow up with leads and existing patients in a professional and timely manner.
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth case handling.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and updates.
- Support appointment scheduling and service coordination when needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and patient engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer care and patient support is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in healthcare, genetics, or medical services is a plus.
