You will have a defining influence on how we work with Partners and jointly deliver our modular robotics solutions with customers across the country. We have raised more than USD 50 million from the best venture capitalists in the world, including Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as from the founders of UiPath, Helsing, Pitch and other companies, to fulfil our mission.
Your Mission As a Partner Manager at RobCo, you'll be the driving force behind building and scaling our partner network in the United States. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, nurture and strengthen existing partnerships, and contribute significantly to revenue growth in the US.

You will report to the Director of Global Channel & Alliances, work closely with our revenue team, and develop a multi-tiered partner network consisting of System Integrators, Referral, and Channel Partners. You will have full creative freedom to think strategically, identify new partners, and build partnerships that demonstrate the power and flexibility of modular robotics.
For the US position, Austin, Texas is the ideal location, but we also accept applications from all other US states with remote work options.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Gather insights – Capture partner and customer feedback and feed it directly into product and partner development for continuous improvement

Open to new perspectives
We are looking for individuals with entrepreneurial thinking, clear goal orientation, and a structured approach to developing new business opportunities. You bring the ability to systematically build and sustainably develop partner and customer relationships – even if you don't come from the traditional automation industry. Experience from other sectors such as SaaS, cloud platforms, or other technical B2B solutions is explicitly welcome and enriches our team with new perspectives.
