Part-Time w full time potential Office Manager (AI-Powered Office/Operations)

We’re a fast-growing software company looking for a Part-Time Office Manager (15–25 hours/week) who doesn’t just manage operations—you master AI as your daily co-worker. If you live in Claude Cowork, treat it like the smartest colleague on your team, and use it to 10x your output, this role is built for you. You’ll own full-cycle Gusto payroll across 7+ states (new hires, taxes, compliance, W-2s/1099s), keep our HubSpot database pristine, run manual testing on our application, frontline coordination of customer support emails redirecting to engineering, and handle the usual admin chaos—but everything is accelerated by Claude. You’ll built your own agents to draft emails, analyze data, build workflows, generate reports, board packages, and turn messy tasks into automated systems. Think of Claude as your tireless deputy: you direct, it executes.

What we need from you  3+ years in operations/office management

Strong GUSTO experience preferred

HubSpot fluency

Quickbooks

Slack

Jira experience a plus

Comfort with software testing and writing clear bug reports when needed

Deep, proven mastery of Claude — show us how you’ve used it as a true co-worker to run processes, not just chat with it

• This is a long-term role for someone who wants to build an AI-first operations engine with us. If you've not yet mastered Claude Cowork, but we think you're otherwise the right person, we'll start you out at a lower rate and once you prove mastery in building AI Agents, increase it quickly from there.
