What you can expect
As a Paper Coatings Specialist at erthos®, you will help bring our sustainable paper coating technologies from the lab to market by partnering with R&D leadership, product and commercial teams, manufacturing partners, and customers to commercialize erthos coatings and support technical scale-up from pilot to production. Working closely with the Head of R&D, you will advance the coatings development roadmap by optimizing formulations, establishing test methods and performance specifications, and translating experimental insights into robust, manufacturable coating processes across real-world paper and packaging substrates, enabling CPG and packaging partners to adopt high-performance sustainable solutions with speed and confidence. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of materials science, process engineering, and commercialization.
