The Role

You will own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and potentially other channels. This is a strategy-first role. We are not looking for someone who just pushes buttons in Ads Manager. You need to understand funnel design, audience segmentation, budget allocation, creative testing frameworks, and how paid media connects to pipeline and revenue. We use AI tools to move faster on research, copy, and reporting, but the strategic thinking and performance accountability is on you.

What you will do

Campaign strategy and execution:

• Build and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms as needed
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative rotation
• Launch campaigns in both English and Spanish across US and Latin American markets

Testing and optimization:

• Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests on copy, creative, landing pages, and audiences
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, not gut feeling
• Identify what is working, kill what is not, and scale what converts

Tracking, attribution, and reporting:

• Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting (GA4, UTM structures, conversion APIs, pixel/tag management)
• Build clear dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable next steps
• Present performance insights to internal stakeholders and client-facing teams

Collaboration:

• Work with the content and product teams to align paid efforts with organic strategy, launches, and sales cycles
• Coordinate with the social media manager to ensure paid and organic reinforce each other
• Support client accounts with campaign strategy and performance reviews

AI tools and workflow:

• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, ad platform AI features, and others) to accelerate research, ad copy drafting, audience analysis, and reporting
• AI is part of your toolkit, not a crutch. You use it to move faster while keeping the strategy sharp and the output high quality

What we are looking for

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). You will manage campaigns in both languages and communicate with US-based clients and a bilingual internal team
• 3+ years running paid media campaigns with demonstrated strategic ownership, not just execution
• You have managed meaningful budgets and can talk about ROAS, CAC, LTV, and how you moved the numbers
• Strong analytical skills. You are comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and can pull insights from data without being told where to look
• Experience with B2B, SaaS, or agency environments is a strong plus

Compensation and contractor details

This is an independent contractor position. Anyreach does not provide traditional employment benefits (health insurance, IMSS, aguinaldo) under Mexican labor law. You will be responsible for your own tax obligations and benefits.

The good news: as an independent contractor in Mexico, you may be eligible for the RESICO tax regime, where effective rates can be as low as 1% to 2.5% on monthly income, compared to 30%+ under traditional employment. We recommend consulting a licensed Mexican accountant (contador) to understand your eligibility and optimize your take-home pay.
