Package Application Developer, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 40% telecommuting permitted): Attend technical design workshops for requirement analysis meetings and business flows used in Financial, HR (Human Resources) and Data integration modules. Work on reports interfaces conversions extensions objects in Oracle Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and Finance domain of Oracle eBusiness Suite. Act as the primary point of contact for all issues related to Oracle HRMS and Finance domain of Oracle eBusiness Suite. Work with business and end users on critical issues and provide solutions. Create setups for Human Resources, Payroll and Compensation modules. Work with HR payroll team to correct data for issues on payroll transactions. Work with the finance team to resolve issues on payables and receivables modules in client's business and handle issues related to invoices. Work with database administration team for the maintenance activity to ensure proper database bounce during shutdown periods. Work on incidents and service requests related to Oracle HRMS and finance domain of Oracle eBusiness Suite. Address recurring issues in weekly period close activities. Test data scripts in non-production instances, document test results, and present them to business end users for approval to take it into production. Utilize: Oracle HRMS, Oracle Account Payables, Oracle Application System Admin Setups, PL/SQL, Unix, Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Oracle Workflow. Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Package Consultant, Application Developer or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Oracle HRMS, Oracle Account Payables, Oracle Application System Admin Setups, PL/SQL, Unix, Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Oracle Workflow. $179982 to $197400 per year.
