Build and develop overseas distribution channels for DIMA Robotics, including distributors, agents, and strategic partners.
Support and collaborate with local partners to organize marketing and promotion activities, such as academic seminars, industry events, and exhibitions.
Conduct market research and analysis in overseas B2B robotics markets, identifying opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.
Provide training, guidance, and ongoing management support to local distributors and partner teams.
Drive business growth by coordinating sales strategies, channel performance, and partner enablement in assigned regions.

Bachelor’s degree or above; willing and able to travel internationally.
Excellent spoken and written English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus.
Proven B2B sales experience with solid performance; strong learning ability and business acumen.

Mature interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with diverse cultures and stakeholders.

Prior overseas sales experience in the cleaning, robotics, or related industrial sectors is highly preferred.
