Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and execution of global Organization & Talent Development (OTD) initiatives, including training systems, leadership development frameworks, and key talent development programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and organizational needs.
Take ownership of the end-to-end development and continuous optimization of the global new hire onboarding program, including learning pathways, course design, and delivery of both online and offline training, to enable effective and timely ramp-up of new employees.
Design and implement talent and leadership development programs for mid-level, senior, and critical roles, leveraging competency models to support capability building and long-term employee growth.
Conduct organizational diagnostics and training effectiveness evaluations through surveys, interviews, and data analysis, and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leaders.
Support the localization and implementation of global training resources and relevant HR policies across regions, ensuring alignment with local culture and legal requirements while maintaining global consistency and practicality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3–5 years of experience in Organization Development, Talent Development, HR Operations, or related fields; global or cross-regional experience is a strong plus.
Solid hands-on experience in designing and delivering training, onboarding, leadership development, or talent development programs, with proven ability to drive projects from concept to execution.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work effectively with HRBPs, business teams, and international stakeholders.
Fluent in English as a working language, capable of supporting global communication, documentation, and project delivery.
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; experience with training evaluation, data analysis, or AI-enabled HR tools is preferred.
