Leameng OrthoFAB is a medical device innovation startup by venture of Leameng Solution Technologies) focused on customised orthoses with a strong emphasis on anthropometric design & engineering .

We work closely with doctors, physiatrists, and rehabilitation centers to deliver affordable, patient-centric solutions.

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Orthotics technician who can support clinical assessment, splint/braces design, fabrication, fitting, and iterative product development in a fast-moving startup environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow beyond routine fabrication and be part of product innovation and early-stage scale-up.

Qualifications

CAD-based splint models (SolidWorks / Fusion / Geomagic)
Operate 3D printers (FDM preferred)
Post-processing, fitting validation, and design iteration
Support customization based on anthropometric data
Support prototype development for smart splints
Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and rehab centers
Currently pursuing or completed a Diploma in Orthotics & Prosthetics (DOP) or Bachelor of Orthotics & Prosthetics (BOP)
