About the Role

We’re looking for an elite organic growth hacker with a deep, proven track record in scaling marketplaces through organic traffic . This role can be taken on as a full-time position or as an independent contractor, giving you flexibility in how you work.

Your mission is simple to describe and hard to execute:

explode qualified organic traffic by dominating long-tail search at scale .

This role is for someone who understands that marketplace growth is not about “content marketing”, but about structure, demand capture, indexing strategy, and compounding systems .

What You’ll Do

As our Organic Growth Hacker, your mission is simple: get more qualified traffic, leads, and visibility for our marketplace, by any creative, scalable means that actually works . How you do it is up to you: structure, strategy, tech, content, AI, programmatic pages, partnerships; if it drives growth, it’s fair game.

You will:

• Own organic growth for our B2B marketplace end-to-end
• Design and execute creative strategies that scale long-tail traffic and capture demand
• Build and optimize category, subcategory, and programmatic landing pages to reach more users
• Solve hard marketplace growth problems, including crawl/indexation, duplicate content, thin pages, internal linking, and search intent mismatches
• Turn marketplace data into new opportunities to capture leads and traffic
• Experiment continuously across templates, structures, and channels to find leverage points
• Work closely with product and engineering to embed growth into the platform architecture

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

You have done this before .

• You have proven experience growing a marketplace or platform through organic channels - not theory, not content experiments that didn’t scale.
• You’ve scaled traffic, leads, or demand using creative, data-driven strategies.
• You understand how marketplaces grow, how users find products, and how to capture demand at scale.
• You are comfortable experimenting across multiple levers - technical, programmatic, AI-driven, product-led, partnerships - and measuring what works.
• You have a data-first mindset: you validate hypotheses with evidence and iterate relentlessly.
• You think in systems and leverage, not one-off tactics.

If you haven’t scaled a marketplace before, this is not the role.

Bonus Power-Ups (Nice to Have)

• Experience with two-sided or multi-sided marketplaces
• Familiarity with data analysis, SQL, Python, or automation to unlock growth opportunities
• Experience with international or multilingual marketplaces
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience in high-intent funnels
• Experience working closely with product, engineering, or data teams to embed growth in the platform
• Track record of creative growth experiments that drove measurable traffic, leads, or revenue
• Knowledge of AI-driven content, personalization, or demand capture strategies
