Oracle Reporting Suite Focus
Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Trainer to support a major finance focused transformation project with a strong emphasis on the Oracle Reporting Suite. This role will lead training development and delivery to help finance and business users effectively leverage Oracle reporting and analytics capabilities across Oracle Fusion and EPM platforms. The trainer will partner closely with internal learning teams and dedicated content creators to ensure employees are prepared for a smooth system adoption and reporting transition.
This role is fully remote.

Oracle ERP Trainer Qualifications
Proven experience training on Oracle ERP platforms with strong exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials and enterprise reporting solutions.
Hands on experience delivering training for Oracle Reporting Suite tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting.
Experience supporting Oracle EPM reporting and consolidation tools such as ARCS and FCCS.
Strong understanding of finance reporting processes including general ledger reporting, financial consolidation, reconciliations, and management reporting.
Ability to develop and facilitate training for diverse end user groups across large enterprise organizations.
Lead the development and delivery of training content focused on Oracle Reporting Suite tools within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM environments.
Design and deliver role based training covering reporting workflows, dashboards, financial reports, and analytics across finance and business functions.
Collaborate with the client Learning and Development team and a designated Training Content Creator to create clear, user friendly training assets and documentation.
Drive full lifecycle training execution including curriculum design, content reviews, delivery planning, and facilitation of virtual or in person sessions.
Provide hands on instruction for reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View for Office, Financial Reporting Studio, Narrative Reporting, and Oracle Fusion Analytics reporting capabilities.
Support finance users with training on report building, data visualization, dashboard navigation, report scheduling, and data extraction processes.
Partner with project leadership and functional teams to identify training risks, knowledge gaps, and mitigation strategies throughout the rollout.
Gather learner feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and continuously refine materials to support adoption and long term reporting success.
Contribute to the integration of Oracle Guided Learning or similar in application learning tools to enhance user adoption.
Support readiness activities tied to system releases and reporting enhancements leading up to go live milestones.
Experience working with Oracle Guided Learning or similar digital adoption platforms is preferred.
Background supporting enterprise transformation initiatives within finance or large scale ERP implementations.
Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
