We're hiring an Operations Team Lead to manage a team of 10 on the ground in Bengaluru. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be in the field, solving problems in real-time, and driving execution across our operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of 10 operations professionals
• Own day-to-day operational execution and troubleshooting on the ground
• Build scalable processes and systems as we deploy our $22M raise
• Drive accountability through metrics, reporting, and team development
• Work cross-functionally to align operations with growth objectives
• Be present where the work happens — not behind a desk

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years in operations, with 2+ years managing teams
• Proven track record leading teams of 5-15 people
• Hands-on mindset — comfortable being in the field daily
• Strong problem-solving skills and bias for action
• Excellent communication and people leadership abilities
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Experience scaling operations in startup or growth-stage companies (preferred)
