Role Description
The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning and optimization of daily operations at KILONEWTONS. Key responsibilities include overseeing business operations, managing budgets, monitoring key metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The Operations Manager will collaborate across teams to implement effective processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies. Additionally, they will lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee performance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh.
