Job Description

Toqua is looking for a hands-on Operations Lead to help build and scale the company as we grow.

As we grow, one of the biggest challenges is turning priorities into consistent, high-quality execution. We’re looking for someone who can bring clarity, structure, and follow-through across the business — and who is just as comfortable working with people as they are improving processes and helping the company scale well.

In this role, you will work across teams and domains to bring focus, momentum, and structure to how we operate. You will help make sure the right things get done, priorities stay clear, and the company keeps moving forward — while building strong relationships and helping teams work well together.

This is a hands-on role with broad responsibility. You will be close to the details, because details matter when building and scaling well. At the same time, because the role sits at the heart of the business, you will have real leverage in shaping how we prioritize, improve, and build Toqua.

Over time, we see this role growing into a broader leadership role, ideally into COO.

Responsibilities

• Help strengthen Toqua’s operational backbone as we scale
• Bring clarity, structure, and focus to how the company works
• Build and improve the systems and processes that help us scale effectively
• Drive strong, reliable execution across operational workflows
• Work across teams to keep priorities aligned and the business moving forward
• Help translate company priorities into action
• Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them pragmatically
• Take on high-leverage operational problems across the business as they arise

Qualifications

• You take ownership and follow through reliably
• You have a strong eye for detail and high standards for execution
• You are hands-on and comfortable working close to the details
• You are excited by the idea of helping build a company from the inside out
• You have strong people sense
• You communicate clearly and work well with people across functions
• You are highly reliable and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment
• Ideally with prior experience in start-up/scale-up environment
