About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating and managing operational activities related to drone shows, logistics, and vendor management. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subject experts and project teams through calls, chats, and meetings.

• Manage and follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and quality checks for completed assignments.

• Handle end-to-end logistics planning, vendor coordination, and inventory management for drone operations and show deployments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities in the company’s database, ensuring data integrity.

• Support the planning and execution of drone light shows, including on-ground operational assistance and team travel.

• Oversee administrative tasks such as documentation, tracking project progress, and generating operational reports.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, timelines, and quality standards while meeting performance targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and workflows.

Preferred Knowledge/Experience:

• Exposure to Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management, or Inventory Management.

• Experience in event operations, field coordination, or technical deployments is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel for drone light shows and other operational requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Operations, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field).
