We are looking for someone to work directly with the CEO and help us bring  order, structure and speed  to everything we do.

This is not a “watch and learn” internship.

👉 You will be in the middle of the action, making sure things actually happen.

👉 You are jumping on a train that has a clear direction and is moving at 1000 km/h speed.

What you'll do:

• Track everything that is going on (projects, tasks, follow-ups)
• Turn meetings into clear actions
• Make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Use advanced tools and keep them clean, structured and up to date (Notion, CRM)
• Support fundraising (data room, materials, organization)
• Support legal and contractual activities

We are looking for someone who:

• Is extremely precise and structured (super important)
• Writes very well (this is critical)
• Can write high-quality, effective follow-ups
• Gets things done, fast and reliably
• Brings order to chaos
• Doesn’t need to be chased

👉 If you naturally double-check everything, notice small mistakes, and like things to be clean and organized, this role is for you.

Background:

• No engineering background
• Strong English (written and spoken)
• Preferred: Legal, Business or Economics or related

This is not for you if:

• You are messy or approximate
• You make avoidable mistakes
• You need constant supervision
